Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions, working either remotely or from office locations through June 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
- Design and develop virtual and blended learning experiences, applying adult learning principles
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and virtual collaboration technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams
