Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will manage stakeholder consultations, develop learning strategies, and design instructional materials, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
- Design and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles
- Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend learning solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions across functions
- Strong skills in project management and organization
