Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and project management
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong skills in facilitation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration
