Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services through June 30, 2027, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the option to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proven experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
