Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, either onsite or fully remotely through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning strategies and engagement
• Design and develop various learning experiences and solutions while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
