Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including instructional design, stakeholder consultation, and project planning, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and engage with stakeholders to identify development needs
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting within corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong project management and facilitation skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
