Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions, either from an office location or fully remotely, through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while analyzing feedback and outcomes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and applying instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in facilitation, project management, and organization
