Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders, develop learning strategies, and design instructional materials, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and best practices
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, documenting progress, risks, and recommendations while coordinating activities across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
