Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide part-time consulting services through June 30, 2027, focusing on learning strategy development, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement, with the flexibility to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to develop learning strategies and enhance learner engagement
• Design and implement various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend appropriate learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and solution design
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
• Strong skills in project management and organization
