Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, a Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies, instructional design, and course materials, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and quality expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
