Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, Microsoft 365 applications, and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
