Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including instructional design, facilitation, and project planning, while working either remotely or from an office location until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to develop learning strategies and enhance learner engagement
• Design, implement, and evaluate various learning solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with stakeholders
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
