Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and stakeholder consultation, with the flexibility to work either onsite or remotely through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and implement a variety of learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives while documenting project status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and instructional design
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
