Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, in a part-time or full-time capacity that may be remote or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to develop learning strategies and engage learners effectively
• Design and implement a variety of learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
