Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work remotely or from an office location until June 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
- Design and develop various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in learning and development consulting, including stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and virtual collaboration technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions in corporate settings
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
