Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and effective stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in learning and development consulting and supporting firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
