Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and stakeholder consultation, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience in managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions across functions
• Strong skills in project management and organization
