Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences and solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic business objectives while documenting and communicating project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting firmwide learning initiatives
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems, including authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions
