Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, either remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives while documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
