Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, conduct needs analysis, and facilitate engaging virtual experiences, either from an office location or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and best practices
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of learning initiatives while documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
