Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies, instructional design, and evaluation processes, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying adult learning principles in corporate settings
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
