Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, design and implement learning solutions, and facilitate virtual experiences, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
