Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies, instructional design, and course materials, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders on portfolio projects
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
