Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to facilitate discussions, design learning solutions, and manage project logistics, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Lead projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and recommend solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
