Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning solutions, with the option to work either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders on portfolio projects
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend evidence-informed learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience consulting with stakeholders on learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong skills in project management and facilitation
