Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement a variety of learning solutions, while working either remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
- Design and evaluate virtual and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles
- Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience in project management and facilitating discussions with leaders
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
