Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning strategies and talent development
• Design and implement various learning experiences while conducting needs analysis to identify business challenges and desired outcomes
• Manage multiple projects, documenting progress and ensuring compliance with educational standards and organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and instructional design in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams
