Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and stakeholder consultation, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from office locations on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend appropriate learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
