Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating activities across stakeholders and project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
