Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and engage with stakeholders to identify development needs
- Design and implement a variety of learning solutions, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience in managing projects and collaborating across functions
- Strong skills in facilitation, project management, and organization
