Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise learning initiatives through June 30, 2027, a Temporary Learning Consultant will provide consulting services, including stakeholder engagement, instructional design, and project management, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions and build relationships with stakeholders to enhance learning strategies and talent development
• Design and implement various learning experiences while conducting needs analyses and recommending solutions aligned with business objectives
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of learning initiatives while documenting project progress and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs and delivering learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
