Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the option to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning and development strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and delivering learning solutions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, learning management systems, and authoring tools
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
