Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
