Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and develop evidence-informed solutions aligned with business objectives
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and delivering learning solutions in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
