Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work remotely or from an office location until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning and development strategies
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences and solutions while applying adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication of project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs within corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create diverse learning solutions
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
