Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support enterprise initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services through June 30, 2027, either remotely or from an office location, focusing on stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and the development of learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions on learner engagement and development strategies with stakeholders
- Design and implement a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and learning management systems
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
