Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, design and implement learning solutions, and manage project logistics, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
- Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
- Lead projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, coordinating activities across stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting and instructional design
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
