Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will manage learning consulting tasks including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and course material development, with the option to work remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement a variety of learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives while documenting project status and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting initiatives
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
