Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will provide learning consulting services, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on learning strategies and talent development best practices
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting firmwide initiatives
• 5+ years' experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
