Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project planning, working either remotely or from an office location through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on learning strategies and talent development best practices with stakeholders
• Design and develop various learning experiences and solutions that apply adult learning principles
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs and delivering learning solutions
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across functions
• Strong skills in facilitation, project management, and organization
