Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, design and deliver learning solutions, and facilitate virtual experiences, with the flexibility to work remotely or from office locations until June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on learning strategies and best practices
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, documenting progress and communicating status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
• 5+ years' experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
