Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will manage stakeholder consultations, develop learning strategies, and design instructional materials, with the option to work remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend evidence-informed learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting on learning and development needs
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
