Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to develop learning strategies, design instructional materials, and facilitate virtual learning experiences, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating activities across stakeholders and documenting project status, risks, and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
