Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning strategy development, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or in-office on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design and evaluate various learning solutions applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
