Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, design learning solutions, and manage project logistics, with the flexibility to work either onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives while documenting project progress and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
