Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions, while working either remotely or from office locations on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and implement various learning experiences applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Conduct needs analysis to identify business challenges and recommend aligned learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in consulting on learning and development needs and supporting initiatives
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions across functions
• Strong skills in project management and organization
