Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise initiatives through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage in learning consulting activities, including stakeholder consultation, instructional design, and project management, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, and evaluate various learning experiences while applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
