Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting defined learning and development initiatives, the Temporary Learning Consultant will engage with stakeholders, conduct needs analysis, and design learning solutions, with the flexibility to work either onsite or fully remotely through June 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate various learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while documenting project status and communicating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and support learning initiatives
• 5+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies, Microsoft 365 applications, and learning management systems
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
