Temporary Learning Consultant
Job Summary
To support defined learning and development initiatives, the part-time Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate various learning solutions while working either onsite or fully remotely until June 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions and build relationships with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop strategies
- Design and implement engaging virtual and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting with stakeholders
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and virtual collaboration technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects and facilitating discussions across functions
