Temporary Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined learning and development work through June 30, 2027, the Temporary Learning Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions, with the flexibility to work either remotely or from an office location.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions on development strategies and learner engagement with stakeholders
• Design and deliver a variety of learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of learning initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development consulting
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration technologies and learning management systems
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies in corporate settings
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
